Also known as the Yellow-banded Dart, or the Southern Dart. The scientific name is Ocybadistes walkeri.
They have a wingspan of only 20mm (less than 1") and stay quite close to the ground, so they are not easily noticed.
Their range is in the eastern coastal regions of Australia from Cape York right down to, and throughout, Victoria.
